How are you actually doing?
Not the version you tell people at dinner. The real version.
The one that's been carrying something — grief, a transition, a question that won't leave you alone. The one that knows something needs to shift but hasn't figured out how. The one that's ready for something new but isn't sure what that looks like yet.
If that's you — keep reading.

Come get this love
Once a year, I take a small group to the root chakra of the planet.
We sit in ceremony. We sweat in a lodge held by an Indigenous elder. We eat like kings and queens. We sleep under a sky most people forget exists. And somewhere in those six days, most people meet a version of themselves they'd stopped believing was still in there.
This is not a vacation. It's not a wellness weekend. It's a rite of passage.
The mountain doesn't ask you to perform healing. She just asks you to show up — and she does the rest.
How many times have you felt called to something and let it pass?
Hopefully, not this time.
The mountain is sacred.
The moment you arrive, you'll feel it — a visceral, palpable energy that seeps straight into your heart.
People travel here from all over the world for exactly this. Medicine men and women, musicians, healers, the curious and the called — they all come for the same dose of what this mountain offers. There's more than enough to go around.

Travel is not included. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation. A rental car is strongly recommended — taxis are limited and typically exceed $200 one way, and rideshare isn't reliably available in the area.
Recommended airports:
Medford, Oregon (MFR) — Preferred. ~1 hour 20 minutes from Mount Shasta. Usually the best balance of proximity and pricing.
Redding, California (RDD) — ~1 hour from Mount Shasta.
Sacramento, California (SMF) — ~3.5 hours away. A strong option for more flight availability and competitive pricing.
San Francisco, California (SFO) — ~5 hours away. Ideal for international or direct flight access.
Carpooling is encouraged — you'll have the chance to coordinate shared rides with fellow participants on the pre-retreat Zoom call.
Not included: flights, airport transfers, ground transportation.

Two evenings during your time with us are held in sacred ceremony.
Each evening unfolds slowly — there is no rush here. We open together as a group, set intention, and move into ceremony held by a highly trained and devoted facilitation team. Music, sound, and presence carry the space throughout the night. You are never alone in this — facilitators stay awake and attentive for the full duration, ready to support anyone who needs it.
The next day is unstructured by design. Rest, nature, water, and quiet are all yours to return to at your own pace. Integration is not an afterthought here — it's built into the rhythm of the entire retreat, including a private post-retreat call two weeks after you return home.
This work asks for trust. The container exists to hold you completely while you do it.

Once your spot is secured and payment is received (deposit or full), you’ll be automatically redirected to a Next Steps page.
There, you’ll complete a required waiver and medical intake form within 24 hours. These ensure the medicine is aligned with your current health. If you’re unable to complete them, please reach out for support or to request a cancellation and refund. Attendance is not permitted without both forms completed.
You’ll also receive dieta guidelines—a required two-week preparation focused on cleansing the body through vegetarian/alkaline foods and removing stimulants (alcohol, caffeine, tobacco, sugar, spices, media, and sexual activity).
Finally, you’ll be invited to two Zoom calls to ask questions, review preparation, learn about the medicine, and coordinate travel or carpooling with other attendees.

What kind of retreat is this?
This is a deeply immersive, nature-based experience designed for restoration, clarity, and transformation. Whether you're seeking a full reset from daily life, emotional or energetic healing, heart opening and connection, or grounded presence and inspired exploration — this retreat offers a powerful return to self, held within the potent landscape of Mount Shasta, the root chakra of the Earth.
Who is this retreat best suited for?
Anyone who is open to inner work and self-exploration, seeking clarity, healing, or transformation, and ready to step outside their daily environment. If you feel even a little bit called — that's usually a sign you're ready.
Is prior experience with plant medicine required?
No prior experience is necessary. All participants are guided and supported throughout the process.
Will there be plant medicine or alcohol?
Plant medicine is part of this experience. Alcohol is not permitted.
What if I feel scared during ceremony?
That's normal, and you won't be alone with it. Facilitators are present and attentive throughout the entire night, ready to support you the moment you need it. Fear that arises is part of the process, not a sign that something is wrong. You are held here, fully.
Can I just observe without participating?
This retreat is built around active participation in ceremony — it's the heart of the experience. If you're feeling unsure about whether you're ready, we encourage you to reach out before booking so we can talk it through together and make sure the timing is right for you.
What if I'm shy or introverted?
You'll be met exactly where you are. There's no pressure to perform or share — only an invitation to participate in a way that feels aligned for you.
What if I feel nervous about being in nature?
Your comfort and safety come first. The environment is peaceful and well-held, and wildlife typically avoids human interaction. If you have specific concerns, reach out and we're happy to talk it through with you beforehand.
What are the group sharing experiences like?
Group spaces are intentionally curated to feel safe, respectful, and supportive. You're always welcome to share at your own pace — confidentiality and mutual respect are core to the container.
Will I have personal time?
Yes. The schedule is intentionally spacious and includes designated quiet hours for rest, reflection, and integration.
What level of physical ability is required?
The retreat includes light movement and nature-based activities such as hiking and swimming.
What kind of support is provided during ceremonies?
Ceremonies are facilitated by a trained and experienced team dedicated to safety, presence, and care throughout the experience.
What happens after the retreat?
Integration is a key part of the experience. A post-retreat group call is included to help you process and embody what you received.
What if I have food allergies?
All dietary needs and allergies are reviewed prior to the retreat and thoughtfully accommodated.
Where is Mount Shasta located?
Mount Shasta is located in Northern California, about 60 miles north of Redding and 60 miles south of the Oregon border along Interstate 5. Surrounded by pine forests and expansive wilderness, the region is anchored by the 14,179 ft peak of Mount Shasta — a powerful and serene setting for this work.
Can I invite a friend or partner?
Yes. You're welcome to attend with others. Shared accommodations are ideal for friends, while private rooms offer a more intimate experience for couples.
Can I arrive early or stay longer?
You're welcome to extend your time in Mount Shasta. Additional accommodations would need to be arranged independently.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. Payment plan options are available and outlined on the booking page.
Can I pay by credit or debit card?
Yes. Reach out directly and an invoice will be provided for secure payment.
Do you offer refunds?
All bookings are final. In the case of a verified emergency, your payment may be applied as a credit toward a future retreat.
