Meet Joshua

From as early as three years old, I could sense the unseen — often having dreams that would later come true. By my teens, I was offering intuitive insights on relationships, future events, and dream meanings.

Around that time, teachers began crossing my path, guiding me toward deeper study. Over nearly two decades, I explored sound and vibrational healing, energy work, channeling, past-life regression, meditation, and esoteric knowledge. In 2014, I stepped into the role of teacher — sharing what I'd learned through healing sessions, meditation classes, Reiki training, plant medicine retreats, and life coaching.

I believe emotional intelligence and true inner alignment come from tapping into the resonance of the heart and soul. My passion is creating spaces where people feel safe to evolve and discover who they really are.

In August 2019, I felt a calling to Mount Shasta and, under a full moon, received a powerful message to relocate. I followed it in January 2020, and the three years I spent there were transformative. Now, I live in Brentwood, in the East Bay near San Francisco — returning often to Mount Shasta to lead retreats, and traveling to New York City for sessions and events.

My life mission is to inspire positive change, one person at a time.

I'm a dedicated meditation teacher, facilitator, and coach, working with individuals, private groups, and corporate teams. With over 4,000 hours leading meditation classes and workshops, I create offerings crafted with intention — meant to resonate deeply with each person in the room.

In my 1:1 coaching work, I support clients through emotional healing, trauma recovery, purpose discovery, and self-empowerment.

I also offer Holy Fire Reiki Certification training and healing sessions, weekly Wednesday meditation classes, and in-person retreats — including an annual plant medicine retreat in Mount Shasta and a Reiki Master Training retreat in Costa Rica.

I've spoken at the New York City Board of Education and The New Museum, and my work has been featured in Mindfulness Journal and NY Yoga Life Magazine. From 2018 to 2025, I served as the in-house meditation teacher for Healhaus, originally based in Brooklyn.

In 2024, I launched White Raven Mystery School, where I teach people to become sovereign within their own minds — masters of their own energy, and their own lives.
