Heal,
connect,
grow —

Recalibration of the mind means clearing our perceptions and recovering our capacity for pure observation.” — Ilchi Lee

Join us at the root chakra of the planet, to experience its vortex of energy and to reconnect you to your soul, rebirthing yourself into wholeness, expansion and the magic of the mystery.

July 18  to July 24 2024

Feed your soul.

One of the best gifts we can give ourselves is the opportunity to transform – to embark on a journey that will unforeseeable be THE experience that changes you forever.

Imagine emerging as a different person — stronger, empowered and more connected than you ever thought possible. We often hear tales about the magic of life, but where is it? How do we find it? If you knew it existed, would you go and experience it

A warm breeze, soothing alkaline waters, and breathtaking views — Communing with Mother Earth on Mount Shasta nurtures your spirit and supercharges your soul.

She offers you an initiation — a rite of passage where you can look deeply into yourself and breathe fresh mountain air into a new beginning, ready to emerge.  Mount Shasta is loving to her visitors, providing all who are meant to visit with the energy of a mother’s bosom that nestles all your stresses away.

Now add sacred medicine — the master teacher — and you are in for one profound journey. How many times have you felt called to something and let it pass you by? Hopefully, not this time. The timing of these retreats will be divine for you, as they have been for many, wherever you are on the path of your life’s journey. If you feel the call, answer it.

The mountain is sacred —

It emanates a very visceral and palpable energy that will seep into your heart the moment you arrive.

People from all over the world visit every year because of its mystical essence and healing capabilities. Celebrities, medicine men and women, famous speakers, musicians, and healers alike come to receive their dose of the Mountain’s medicine, and there is more than enough to go around.

  • Joshua’s effort into every detail of spiritual support and awakening in his circles, retreats and one on ones is unparalleled. He has a gift that transcends this world and can be a conduit of healing and light for all walks of life that cross his path or come to anything he hosts. I feel so fortunate that 4 years ago a mutual friend invited me to one of his reiki sound baths in NYC.

Since that day I have felt the gifts he has as it has celebrated my own and helped me heal so I can live and share my light.

Recently I attended the retreat in Mt. Shasta. It’s hard to put into words the beauty, the path shown, community built, and spirit and love felt but it was beyond abundant and i couldn’t recommend any type of work w Joshua more.

    Much love, light and power,
    — Jikaiah Ayla

  • Thank you, Joshua, for your love and devotion, in healing others. You provided a perfect space and environment for 17 strangers to connect and heal. Every intentional detail was felt and appreciated from the bottom of my heart. I miss your healing voice and musical talent and could not imagine a more ideal experience. I feel like I have accomplished 15 years of therapy in a matter of two ceremonies. I can’t thank you enough for coordinating such a selfless opportunity for us to heal. I have an abundance of love and gratitude for you and Shasta, always.

I cannot wait until the next retreat!

    Love and Light,
    — Lindsay M.

  • I’ve known Joshua since Wednesday mediation classes in NYC down in Union Square and have been honored to see the many manifestations of his work. This experience is powerfully and lovingly curated for any who feel called. From the beautiful and thoughtful property to the excursions around the magic that is Mount Shasta, to the sacred ceremony itself...everything is designed for those who are ready. Jojo must also be shouted out for his culinary craftsmanship as he always supplies you with clean, delicious meals for the entire experience. Zara for her endless kindness and care, Ev for her divine protection and love, and of course the powerful and protective medicine men who expertly guided us all through this sacred experience.

    — Alicia T.

  • Exploring medicine has called to me for years, however I was understandably apprehensive. So, when my trusted longtime friend and mentor Joshua offered this retreat, I knew it was the right time and setting for me to embark on this journey. And what a journey it was, the most profound healing and insight I have ever experienced in my many years of looking within. I feel better and lighter than ever, even after my most difficult year yet. The ceremonies were beyond what I could even imagine, in the best way. And as for the weekend, we had so much fun. I feel I met many members of my soul family, and we had the best time sharing, exploring, swimming, laughing, feasting, and resting too. Food was 10/10, not a skip on the album. The property was gorgeous, and each space and moment were so thoughtfully considered. The five incredible souls that were there to guide us through this are the absolute best, I'm so glad to have done this with exactly them. Joshua, you are the real deal, and I can't imagine going through this experience without your divinely channeled musical gifts and unique wisdom. Just wow. I can't wait to continue integrating this shift into my daily life and can't recommend this experience more. "Thank you" is simply not enough to encapsulate how grateful I am for this experience. I have so much valuable clarity now and know myself with more conviction than ever before.

  • I am extremely grateful to have gone to Joshua's retreat in Mt. Shasta. I feel like I have made meaningful relationships with such amazing people and experienced healing from their love and support, as well as love from the land and sacred medicines.

If you are even a little bit curious, know that that is a sign that you are ready to dive deeper within and experience a more expansive you and some heart healing. I'm grateful I was led here. Joshua and his team were so warm, welcoming, intelligent, and led with so much love and gratitude for the medicines and the earth.

    Thank you.
    So much medicine! <3
