As early as three years old, he was able to tune into the unseen realms, often having dreams that would soon come true. Later, his ability to sense energies became stronger and by his teenage years, he offered intuitive insights about relationships, future outcomes, and dream meanings.

Teachers began entering his life around this time. 19 years later, Joshua has led himself through the study of sound and vibrational healing, energy healing, channeling, hypnosis, past-life regression, development of emotional intelligence, meditation and esoteric knowledge, to name a few. 

In 2014 he stepped into the role of teacher himself, and now offers healing sessions, meditation classes, reiki practitioner training, plant medicine retreats and alchemy life-coaching. 

As a community builder, he stands for the unity of all people and specializes in creating safe spaces for everyone to communicate and evolve through self-realization, courageous vulnerability, and integrating one’s “Spirit” into the Hue-man experience. He believes intuitive resonance with the heart and soul is the secret to developing emotional intelligence, and thus inner harmony. 

In August of 2019, he was called to Mount Shasta and under the full moon, received strong messaging to move there, and in January 2020- he did. Having lived in Mount Shasta for three years, he now resides in Oregon, frequently returning to Mount Shasta to lead wellness and plant medicine retreats, and to New York City and Los Angeles to offer in-person sessions and host events. 

A passionate and dedicated being, he knows his mission in life is to be a living embodiment for positive change and elevate the consciousness of the people, one person at a time. That’s how we change the world.

Joshua works with individuals and couples, as well as private groups and corporate teams. He has led over 1000 people through Shamanic journeys and has facilitated over 4000 hours of meditation classes and workshops. His offerings are deeply intentional, and he hopes his authenticity and unique, engaging style of teaching, healing and expression will reverberate in your soul in a relatable and profound way. 

His custom-tailored life-coaching programs can help you cultivate emotional healing, mental stability & grounding, self-care accountability, spiritual development, healing from sexual or emotional trauma, developing healthy communication styles and relationship building, discovering and understanding life purpose, self-empowerment, confidence-building, esoteric education and more.

His Holy Fire Reiki Certification trainings, healing sessions and Monday meditation classes are held virtually and can be booked at any time.

He continues to be a vocal advocate for wellness, meditation and spiritual awareness, having spoken at the New York City Board of Education and The New Museum among others. Joshua has been featured in the Mindfulness Journal and the NY Yoga Life Magazine. He is also currently an in-house meditation teacher for Healhaus, originally based in Brooklyn and now virtual.
